Skybreed Discs Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with anything you purchase from us, but if you're not, here is what you can do:
- Email us within 30 days at info@skybreed-discs.com with your order number and reason for your return in the email. Please include photos of any defective or damaged items.
- Return the item in the same condition that it arrived in, and in the original manufacturer packaging. If the return is due to our error we will provide a return shipping label or arrange for item pickup.
- We recommend that you purchase tracking and insure your shipment - we can only provide refunds for items that make it back to us.
- Refunds will be provided once the return has been processed. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for processing once the package has been received.
- Refunds are at the discretion of Skybreed Discs and may reflect disparities between the items indicated in the returns email process and the items received by our returns team.
