The Axiom Virus is a reliably understable, slower speed distance driver, making it a great first driver. Newer players will find the Virus to be valuable for straight, easy distance with a smooth, forward penetrating finish at the end of the flight. More seasoned disc golfers will rely on the Virus for low-power finesse shots - which is great for wooded courses - and for long distance roller shots, even when it's brand new.
